UFO, ONU E PROGETTO TITANO: IL MONDO SI CHIEDE A CHE PUNTO SIAMO
San Marino, 19 luglio 2023
Il 19 gennaio 2023 il Parlamento Sammarinese, il Consiglio Grande e Generale, ha approvato l’Istanza d’Arengo numero 9, con la quale si chiedeva che San Marino partecipasse al piano d’azione denominato Progetto Titano, presentato dal Centro Ufologico Nazionale italiano (CUN) e dall’International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) all’indomani della pubblica e definitiva conferma da parte del Pentagono che gli UFO esistono e sono velivoli caratterizzati da tecnologia avanzata sotto controllo intelligente e non originari da alcun luogo noto della Terra.
Il Progetto, visto di buon occhio dagli ambienti degli “addetti ai lavori” di Washington, prevede che sia San Marino, la più antica Repubblica dell’Era Cristiana, a richiedere alle Nazioni Unite la creazione di un Ufficio preposto alla preparazione di una conferenza mondiale sullo studio del fenomeno UFO/UAP, da tenersi con cadenza annuale a cura della Repubblica nel suo territorio e con la consulenza di CUN e ICER. Esso ha generato un positivo clima di attenzione e simpatia per San Marino a livello mondiale.
Ai sensi dell’articolo 7 della Legge 24 maggio 1995 n.72, sta al Congresso di Stato riferire in sede di Commissione Consiliare entro 6 mesi dall’approvazione dell’Istanza d’Arengo, ovvero entro il 19 luglio 2023, su quali misure intenda adottare per porre in atto quanto richiesto nell’Istanza d’Arengo approvata. Ora che i termini prescritti dalla legge appaiono superati, ci si chiede cosa il Congresso di Stato intenda fare per rispettare la precisa volontà del Consiglio Grande e Generale e realizzare un progetto che può solo apportare notevoli benefici alla Repubblica, attenta da oltre 3 decenni al tema (con simposi cui sono state dedicate due emissioni filateliche), tanto più in un momento in cui il fenomeno UFO/UAP è alla ribalta dell’interesse mondiale e molti sono gli occhi puntati su San Marino. Mentre l’attenzione internazionale, in virtù di quanto sopra, è positivamente orientata sull’antica Repubblica, l’Intelligence USA ha infatti appena confermato di avere acquisito nel 1945 i resti di un UFO schiantatosi in Italia nel 1933 e segretamente recuperato dal Governo fascista dell’epoca, come già dichiarato e provato dal CUN nel 2000. Lo studio ufficiale degli UFO va dunque retrodatato dagli USA del 1947 all’Italia del 1933, 90 anni fa. Il che conferisce sempre di più al tema una dimensione extraterrestre. L’Assemblea Generale dell’ONU potrà discutere dell’iniziativa del “Progetto Titano” nel Settembre prossimo.

UFO, UN AND PROJECT TITAN: THE WORLD IS WONDERING WHERE WE ARE

On 19 January 2023, the San Marino Parliament, the Great and General Council, approved the Arengo Instance number 9, which requested that San Marino participate in the action plan called Project Titan, presented by the Italian National UFO Center ( CUN) and the International Coalition for Extraterrestrial Research (ICER) in the aftermath of the public and definitive confirmation by the Pentagon that UFOs exist and are vehicles characterized by advanced technology under intelligent control and not originating from any known place on Earth.
The Project, welcomed by Washington’s “insiders” circles, envisages that San Marino, the oldest Republic of the Christian Era, will request the United Nations to create an Office in charge of preparing an annual world conference on the study of the UFO/UAP phenomenon, to be held by the Republic in its territory and with the advice of CUN and ICER. It has generated a positive climate of attention and sympathy for San Marino worldwide.
Pursuant to article 7 of Law no. 72 of 24 May 1995, it is up to the State Congress to report to the Council Commission within 6 months of the approval of the Arengo Instance, or by 19 July 2023, on which measures it intends adopt to implement what is requested in the approved Arengo Application.
Now that the terms prescribed by the law appear outdated, one wonders what the Congress of State intends to do to respect the precise will of the Great and General Council and implement a project that can only bring considerable benefits to the Republic, which has been attentive to the issue for over 3 decades with annual Symposia (to which two philatelic issues have already been dedicated), especially at a time when the UFO/UAP phenomenon is in the limelight of world interest and many eyes are focused on San Marino. While international attention, by virtue of the above, is positively focused on San Marino, US Intelligence has in fact just confirmed that in 1945 it had acquired the remains of a UFO that crashed in Italy in 1933 and was secretly recovered by the fascist government of the epoch, as already declared and proved by Ital’s CUN in 2000. The official study of UFOs must therefore be backdated from the USA in 1947 to Italy in 1933, 90 years ago. All this gives the theme more and more an extraterrestrial dimension. The UN General Assembly could discuss the Project Titan initiative next September.
